Best Choice caregivers have been taking care of my mom for almost 2 years and we feel like the caregivers are part of our family now. Each of the caregivers take as care of my mom as if she were their own mother. They are very willing to do whatever we ask of them and go out of their way to make my mom happy and keep her moving. When my mom had to go into the hospital recently, they took her caregivers took her in and stayed with her because all family members live out of state. We highly recommend Best Choice Home Care. I cannot say enough good things about Best Choice Home Care! They have taken excellent care of my great-uncle 24/7 for well over a year. He is 91 years old and has looked happier and more vibrant than he has in many years. His caregiver goes out of her way to ensure that he is well cared for. She is cheerful, positive, sensitive, discreet and exceedingly competent. She truly goes beyond what we would ever have thought, anticipating every need and keeping the family informed. I feel confident in the office and behind-the-scenes staff as well that they are supportive and competent with paperwork and dealing with his long-term insurance company. Overall I’d give 5++ stars!!
The Best Choice caregivers are truly living angels working on this earth. They helped my Dad for almost 2 years and he adored each of his caregivers. They truly made a huge difference in his quality and happiness in his life before his passing. He would request them regularly. I genuinely know that they really cared about my Dad and it showed in their daily work. They were amazing communicating with me since I was 900 miles from my Dad and they kept me in the loop when I was unable to be there. They all really became like family and they were with my Dad and myself until the end and the support along the journey was a true blessing.
We had to go through a couple agencies and really wish I would have found Best Choice Home Care first. They are professional, kind, honest, work hard and will meet all the little things needed, emotionally or physically. Will never be able to thank this group for the amazing people that they are and the difference they made for my Dad. That is truly the great gift!! Thank you all.
We were introduced to Best Choice and Julie about seven years ago as my Mother dealt with Lewy Body dementia and breast cancer. Julie and her team provided exceptional care for my Mom. We recognized that Julie and her team were not just working for my Mother, they were caring for her, as they would for their own mother. Julie and her team, quickly became a part of our family, celebrating victories and milestones and lamenting setbacks. Life for my Mother was enhanced by Julie and her team and I’m sure her time with us was extended not only by the medical care, but also by the fabulous environment provided by Best Choice. Julie and her team offered wonderful, thoughtful service for my father until his death, and now, they’re doing the same for my mother. They anticipated my father’s needs, made him feel as comfortable as possible, and treated him with great dignity. Presently, they are enabling my mother to carry out her daily functions with that bit of extra help she requires. My mother cannot rave enough about Best Choice. She told me that she feels so safe and so well cared for that she can relax and enjoy her days. She is grateful that Julie and her team can give her children some peace of mind, as none of us live nearby.
